What's the difference between the 100, 200 and 300-hour courses?

The 100-hour (12 days) is a beginner foundation, the 200-hour (26 days) is the full Yoga Alliance RYS-200 certification, and the 300-hour (40 days) is advanced training that lets certified teachers upgrade to RYT 500.

Is Anantadrishti a Yoga Alliance certified school?

Yes. Our teacher training courses are Yoga Alliance Registered (RYS), so graduates can register internationally as RYT 200 or RYT 500.

Is accommodation included in the teacher training?
