The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those who have completed their 200 Hour training and are ready to dive deeper. This course bridges the gap between being a yoga instructor and becoming a true yoga master.
We move beyond the basics into Therapeutic Yoga, Advanced Pranayama, and finer aspects of Yoga Philosophy.
